Aftersales service for our doors

As a manufacturer and worldwide supplier of advanced doors, Protec Industrial Doors has a team of experienced in-house installers and service engineers. The installers install our doors all over the world, with support from the engineering team and under direct management by the project manager.

Apart from providing our own installers, Protec Industrial Doors collaborates with carefully selected, tested and experienced installation contractors. These companies can install the sliding doors, overhead doors and other solutions. This is done under the supervision and responsibility of Protec Industrial Doors. If desired and where necessary, the installation supervisor will be present in person during the installation. This is done mainly to ensure that the installation of the doors runs smoothly and to act as the first point of contact for the principal.

Apart from your permanent contact, the installation team is the point of contact for providing aftersales service and carrying out the maintenance plan. Proper maintenance is necessary to guarantee the quality of the overhead doors and sliding doors developed by us. The project-based maintenance plan is completely made to suit the conditions under which the door must function. The current requirements, standards, frequency of use, climatic conditions and your personal maintenance wishes are all taken into account here.
